I will gladly accept returns and exchanges on certain items.
THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY:
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on EARRINGS for hygienic reasons. All earrings purchased on earflair.com are brand new (never worn) so I will not be able to resell them. However, feel free to contact me via email (email@example.com) or via the contact form so we can resolve any issues.
For all other items:
- You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order BEFORE shipping items back.
- Ship item(s) back within 14 days of delivery.
- Please select a trackable method of shipment when returning any package. Failure to do so may result in your package being lost in the mail.
NOTE: I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Adequate packaging and insurance is recommended.
- Items MUST be in their original condition and packaging. All items included with the order must be returned.
- If items are not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Once I receive the package back, I will issue a refund MINUS shipping cost if shipping was paid.
- If you would like to make an exchange, you are free to make another purchase once you receive your refund.
